Cancel an Order
You can cancel your order within 60 minutes of placing it via My Orders page in My Account and Orders.
EASY returns on most orders if something’s not quite right. Some exclusions apply; read more on our return policy.
You can return most items for a store credit within 3 days of delivery. Return shipping costs apply, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.
There are a few items that can’t be returned:
•Discounted and Clearance items
•Gift cards
•Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the page

Refund Policy
You will receive store credit for your return. Any associated return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, don’t accept the delivery. Tell your delivery representative(s) and contact us so we can arrange for a replacement. Once you have opened the product and accepted it, it cannot be returned as wrong or damaged item.
